NEAR Co-Founder Proposes Revolutionary Applications for the Network

NEAR Co-Founder Illia Polosukhin has outlined 13 potential applications for the network, including AI-powered digital pets and private trading tools.

The proposals focus on improving user distribution and expanding the capabilities of NEAR Intents. One idea centers on a universal checkout widget that would allow customers to pay through NEAR Intents while using assets held on their preferred blockchain or wallet.

Polosukhin also proposed an AI encyclopedia, where facts could become the basis for ongoing prediction markets. He suggested that AI could generate encyclopedia pages based on the market's current assessment of individual facts.
