NEAR Intents Crosses $169M in Total Value Locked Amid 77% Monthly Surge
NEAR Protocol's NEAR Intents has seen a significant surge in total value locked (TVL) over the past 30 days, reaching $169 million. This represents a 77.2% increase, according to DefiLlama data.
The majority of this TVL is held on NEAR's own chain, with approximately $87.23 million out of the total $169 million. Ethereum comes in second at around $45.89 million.
NEAR Intents uses an intents-based execution layer that allows users to declare what they want to accomplish without needing to navigate bridges or manage gas fees across multiple networks.
The protocol supports both public and confidential transaction modes, with the latter allowing for cross-chain transfers without exposing transaction details on-chain.
