NEAR Protocol Shines in Crypto Landscape, Says Jamie Coutts
Financial expert Jamie Coutts has highlighted NEAR Protocol as a standout Layer 1 blockchain in the evolving crypto landscape. In an assessment of the current market, Coutts pointed to NEAR's balance of demand inflection and supply discipline as key factors contributing to its success.
Coutts noted that the first half of this year saw him conduct deep dives into various crypto sectors for RealVision, which he said helped sharpen his analytical skills during a challenging bear market period. He emphasized that NEAR Protocol is effectively addressing some of the largest unresolved challenges within the crypto sector.
This assessment comes on the heels of Coutts' earlier observation that more than 90% of crypto value and activity was concentrated on five major blockchains, a decade after their inception. Additionally, he noted the ETH/NDX ratio breaking above 0.087 for the first time since 2022, supported by increased DeFi momentum on Robinhood.
