Nebius Shares Bounce Back After BTG Pactual's Neutral Stance
Nebius (NBIS) shares experienced a 5.2% surge to $244.82 during morning trading hours, following BTG Pactual's initiation of Neutral coverage.
This move came after Rothschild Redburn's bearish Sell recommendation with an $84 target price, citing concerns over AI cloud valuations and credit market issues.
Nebius plans to raise GPU cloud pricing by approximately 20% starting October 1, marking its second price adjustment in 2026. The company's quarterly revenues surged 454% to reach $582 million, although net losses totaled $190 million during the same period.
Despite this growth, shares remain over 20% below their peak of $299.86 and trade at a forward price-to-earnings ratio near 45.
