Neighborhood Intelligence Launches Strategic Review of Blockchain Investments
Neighborhood Intelligence Inc., which recently began trading on Nasdaq under its new name and ticker NXH, has launched a strategic review of its investments in tZERO, GrainChain, and Medici Ventures. The company believes these assets may be undervalued due to the growth of their businesses and market opportunities.
The review aims to evaluate strategic alternatives for the blockchain-related investments, including potential transactions, partnerships, monetizations, public-market structures, and other arrangements designed to give shareholders greater access to their underlying value.
Neighborhood Intelligence directly holds approximately 22.6% of tZERO on a fully diluted, as-converted basis, while Medici Ventures holds an additional stake of about 16.1%. The company's direct ownership and economic exposure through Medici amount to around 38.7% of tZERO.
The strategic review does not represent a change in Neighborhood Intelligence's broader strategy, which focuses on real-world assets and digital markets. The company believes that blockchain and tokenization could potentially influence how real-world assets are financed, recorded, transferred, and made more liquid.
