NertZ's dominant performance on Anubis in G2's semi-final match at FISSURE Playground #3 has propelled them to the grand finals of the $1 million CS2 tournament. The 27-year-old Israeli rifler posted a 1.64 rating, an exceptional stat line that highlights his skills. This impressive display helped G2 secure a clean 2-0 sweep over FURIA on September 11.

The opening map, Ancient, was a close contest with G2 edging out FURIA 16-14. However, Dust2 saw G2 dominate with a 13-3 scoreline, making the match almost routine for the team. NertZ's standout performance on Anubis has garnered attention from the CS2 community.

NertZ joined G2 from Liquid in March 2026 and brings a wealth of experience from his time with top-tier organizations like ENCE and HEROIC. He earned the HLTV Rookie of the Year title during his stint with ENCE, where he helped guide the team to several S-tier finals.
