New Investor Capitulation Signals Bear Market Bottom, Says CryptoQuant CEO

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju has identified what he believes is a crucial pattern in the current bear market. According to him, new investor capitulation is a signal that appears in the final stage of every bear market.

Ju pointed out that Coinbase's share of trading volume is rising, even as its price premium remains negative. This trend, he argued, indicates capitulation selling by new market participants.

The Coinbase premium measures the difference in Bitcoin prices between Coinbase and other major exchanges. A negative premium suggests relatively stronger selling pressure on Coinbase.

Ju's observations suggest that we may be nearing the end of the bear market.
