Nexo, a digital assets wealth platform, has reaffirmed its compliance across the European Economic Area (EEA) ahead of MiCAR's entry into force.

The company operates through two MiCAR-licensed partners: Tangany and DLT Finance. Tangany provides institutional-grade custody infrastructure for digital assets, while DLT Finance offers brokerage infrastructure for digital assets and financial instruments.

Nexo's partnerships give the company a locally compliant operational foundation across the EEA without disrupting its existing client-facing platform.

According to Nexo's Chief Product Officer, Yasen Yankov, 'MiCAR is the most consequential regulatory framework digital assets have seen in Europe, and Nexo has been preparing for а long time.' Yankov emphasizes that the company chose DLT Finance and Tangany because they are 'best-in-class, rigorously regulated, technically sophisticated, and aligned with how we think about client protection.'
