Nexo Partners with Regulated Firms to Remain in EU Market
Nexo has found a way to continue offering its services in the European Economic Area (EEA) after the MiCA regulations came into effect on July 1.
The company partnered with two regulated German firms, Tangany and DLT Finance, to provide custody and brokerage infrastructure respectively.
Tangany holds EEA client crypto-assets through its Munich-based custody infrastructure, which received its MiCA licence in September 2025. Meanwhile, DLT Finance provides brokerage and execution infrastructure as the operating brand of DLT Securities GmbH.
Nexo's arrangement allows it to continue offering its products and services in the EEA without needing to obtain a MiCA authorisation itself.
