Next Crypto to Hit $1: Market Cap and Supply Reign Supreme

Instruments
XRP ADA XLM

The next cryptocurrency to hit $1 could be determined by its market capitalization and supply. According to the arithmetic behind any move to a dollar, price is equal to market cap divided by supply. This means that for a token to reach $1, the money inside it must match its token count in dollars.

XRP has already cleared this line, trading at $1.009 with a $63.2 billion cap. However, Cardano and Stellar are closer in percentage terms. Cardano needs about five and a half times its current price to reach $1, while Stellar requires roughly six and three-tenths times its current price.

Bullski is another contender, selling at $0.000015 in stage 2 of its presale. Its supply stops at 120 billion tokens and never grows, valuing the project near $300 million at a reference price of $0.0025. This is a small fraction of every cap listed above.

The next big crypto bull run can't be dated, but rotation into alt coins usually marks the turn. What can be tracked is the total market cap, currently sitting at $2.264 trillion on August 14, 2026.
