NFT Sales Plummet to $40.88 Million as Ethereum Dominates

NFT sales declined by 23.48% to $40.88 million over the past seven days, according to data from CryptoSlam. This marks a significant drop in recorded volume compared to the previous period, which saw NFT sales total approximately $53.42 million.

Ethereum led blockchain sales with $17.08 million despite experiencing a 42.01% weekly decline. Polygon followed closely behind with a 12.89% increase in sales to $8.21 million, accounting for around 20.1% of overall sales. Bitcoin ranked third with $3.83 million, while buyer addresses rose by 30.73%.

Courtyard took the top spot among collections with $7.31 million on Polygon, surpassing Credits and CryptoPunks. Panini America saw a notable increase of 557.53%, but its combined volume was lower than Courtyard's sales figure.
