NiceHash User Finds Two Bitcoin Blocks with Rented Hashpower
A recent success story from NiceHash's EasyMining platform has highlighted its effectiveness in enabling users to participate in mining without owning or operating their own equipment. A miner using EasyMining found two Bitcoin blocks on September 1, 2026, with a total reward of over 6 BTC.
The two blocks, numbers #967911 and #967915, were discovered just four blocks apart, demonstrating the platform's ability to provide consistent hashpower. The miner had purchased Gold L Solo Mining packages through EasyMining at approximately 0.01 BTC per package.
NiceHash has been operating a marketplace for computing power, known as hashpower, for over a decade. EasyMining allows users to purchase mining packages and use the platform's hashpower for a mining attempt without needing to own or operate their own equipment.
