The listing provides U.S. access to NILA ahead of its planned migration to MindChain, an insured Layer 2 network on Ethereum expected to launch in October 2026, subject to completion of legal, regulatory, technical, and compliance requirements.
Webot is a registered MSB with FinCEN and holds Money Transmitter Licenses in 48 states (NMLS #2284360). The listing expands U.S. access to NILA, which will pay transaction fees, support staking, and help secure the network once it migrates to MindChain.
