Nostra Halts Money Market After Oracle Manipulation
Nostra, a Starknet lending protocol, has paused its money market after a manipulated oracle allowed one account to borrow approximately $3.5 million against NSTR collateral.
The attacker bridged $1.92 million of the stolen funds to Ethereum, according to PeckShield.
Deposits collapsed afterward, with total value locked in the protocol falling from about $4 million on September 16 to roughly $710,632 at press time per DefiLlama.
Nostra is not the only Starknet protocol hit this month, as Pragma's publishing pipeline published an incorrect price across several Starknet feeds, triggering 47 liquidations on money market Vesu.
