Nostra Money Market Paused Amid Oracle Exploit and Crypto Losses Soar
Nostra, a lending protocol on Starknet, paused its money market after a manipulated price oracle allowed one account to borrow $3.5 million against NSTR collateral.
The team has halted all activities, including lending, borrowing, withdrawals, and liquidations, while they reconcile each asset's value.
Nostra warned users about potential impersonators, stating that the team will never send direct messages or ask holders to connect a wallet during recovery.
This incident is just one of several oracle exploits in September, with over $326 million lost so far this month, including the recent Liquid Network incident.
