Nostra's Money Market Paused After $3.5M Oracle Exploit
Nostra, a protocol on the Starknet network, has paused its money market after an attacker exploited a manipulated NSTR price oracle to borrow approximately $3.5 million against NSTR collateral.
The attacker pledged NSTR and drew ETH, STRK, USDC, USDT, WBTC, and DAIv1 from the money market, with the entire market value of NSTR sitting at about $546,751. The haul ran roughly six times the size of the collateral token itself.
The incident is the second oracle failure on Starknet this month, following a publishing fault by Pragma that triggered 47 liquidations across 42 borrower wallets on money market Vesu. Nostra said it is still tracing the funds and has not yet disclosed the final loss or potential recoveries.
