Novogratz Predicts CLARITY Act Signing in June Despite Senate Delays
Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz is confident that the U.S. CLARITY Act will be signed into law by President Trump in June, despite ongoing delays in the Senate.
The bill, which passed the House with bipartisan support in July 2025, has stalled in the Senate due to friction between banks and the crypto sector over stablecoin yields.
Novogratz argued that the legislation is broadly important for both political parties and essential to the country's economic future, enabling large companies like SpaceX and Google to be tokenized and offered to investors globally.
He estimated that roughly 5.5 billion people currently lack access to U.S. financial products, and predicted that 'this phone with a crypto wallet' will become the primary means of participating in the American economy for individuals in developing countries.
