Novogratz Predicts CLARITY Act Will Clear 60-Vote Hurdle in Senate

Mike Novogratz, CEO of Galaxy Digital (GLXY), believes that the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, also known as the CLARITY Act, will clear the Senate's 60-vote hurdle.

The bill has been held up due to ethics rules involving President Trump's crypto holdings. However, a White House-backed compromise has recently cleared this obstacle.

Novogratz expects Democrats to back a DOJ-enforcement framework and predicts that a floor vote could happen as soon as next month.

This prediction comes despite a reduced odds of passage by Galaxy Digital's Head of Research Alex Thorn, who now puts the chances at 30%.
