NOWPayments Data Showcases Diverse Strengths Across Top Blockchain Networks
Financial services company NOWPayments has released cross-chain payout data comparing TRON (TRX), BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum. The dataset analyzed six months of enterprise payout activity to identify performance benchmarks for each network.
Solana recorded the fastest average payout speed at 1 minute and 45 seconds, accounting for 3.08% of volume and 3.86% of transactions. TRON led in total monetary volume at 43.69%, while BNB Smart Chain handled the largest share of individual payout transactions at 48.23%.
When considering high-frequency payouts, BNB Smart Chain outperformed the other networks, handling far more individual transfers without carrying the largest share of value. However, when looking at higher-value payouts, TRON moved 43.69% of payout volume, more than twice BNB Smart Chain's 21.75% share.
According to Kate Lifshits, Commercial Director at NOWPayments, businesses should define their payout flow first and then select the network or route based on factors such as value, frequency, speed, and cost.
