Numerai's NMR token rose over 40% in one day on renewed interest from JPMorgan Asset Management, trading between $14 and $15.50.

This surge came after a deal was struck with JPMorgan allowing Numerai to increase its assets under management to nearly $700 million, up from around $560 million at the end of 2025.

Numerai's hedge fund has also seen its return on investment jump to 25.45% in 2024, with a 2.75 Sharpe ratio, according to the company's disclosures.

The project's treasury funds have been used for three strategic NMR buybacks this year, totaling $3.2 million since July 2025, which aims to offset dilution caused by staking rewards and tournament payouts.
