Offramp Halts Crypto Withdrawals as Platform Winds Down
Offramp, a cross-border crypto-finance platform, has announced it will stop cryptocurrency withdrawals on September 30. This move comes as part of the platform's wind-down operations.
The platform primarily serves freelancers in Latin America and has already disabled several key functions, including transfers, QR payments, deposits, and investments, starting from July 1.
In addition to stopping cryptocurrency withdrawals, Offramp will also discontinue fiat deposits and withdrawals on July 31. Physical and virtual cards, as well as the mobile app, are set to be discontinued at the same time.
The platform's savings and investment accounts are scheduled to close on December 31, marking the official end of operations for Offramp.
