OG.com Clears SEC Hurdle for Single-Stock Futures in US
Crypto.com's sister exchange, OG.com, has cleared a significant regulatory hurdle by receiving authorization from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer single-stock futures in the US.
The SEC acknowledged OG.com's 1-N filing, which allows the platform to list these products on the US market. North American Derivatives Exchange, OG.com's legal entity, filed the Form 1-N with the SEC on Monday to register as a national securities exchange for trading futures products.
This development follows other crypto platforms launching access to equities products. For instance, Kraken partnered with the London Stock Exchange in September to launch tokenized UK stocks with 24/5 availability starting in 2027.
