A new joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), OKXICE, has filed a notice with the SEC to offer 24/7 on-chain trading of 63 stock tokens, including Nvidia, Tesla, and Apple, against stablecoins on OKX's X Layer.

The notice, dated October 4, lists the 63 stock tokens that will be offered, including Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs, among others.

According to the notice, each token will trade against one of three stablecoins: USDC, USDG, or USDT, and will be available for trading through permissioned Uniswap v4 liquidity pools on X Layer.

The SEC granted a five-year exemption to OKXICE, which caps how much a venue can trade. For stocks in Tier 1 of the Limit Up-Limit Down volatility plan, a venue may offer at most 75 symbols and trade no more than 0.25% of a stock's prior-month average daily volume.
