Ondo Finance Expands Global RWA Push with Korean Equity Tokenization Deal

Ondo Finance has expanded its real-world asset (RWA) strategy through a partnership with Kakaopay Securities to distribute Korean-listed equities globally.

The agreement, signed under an MOU, covers global distribution, tokenization infrastructure, and opportunities for overseas retail investors.

Under the agreement, Ondo Finance and Kakaopay Securities will develop a framework for international distribution of Korean-listed equities, conduct joint research into tokenization infrastructure, and establish a joint task force to explore opportunities for overseas retail investors.

The partnership combines Kakaopay Securities' domestic equity infrastructure with Ondo's global distribution capabilities for tokenized financial assets.
