ONDO Token Surges 18% Following BlackRock Partnership
Ondo Finance's ONDO token surged by approximately 18% in the past 24 hours after partnering with BlackRock to launch three blockchain-based portfolio tokens.
The new tokens, branded as Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, are designed around investment methodologies created by BlackRock and offer qualified investors outside the U.S. jurisdiction access to diversified asset collections through single onchain transferable tokens.
The income-focused strategy prioritizes fixed-income securities, while the growth-oriented portfolios combine various allocations across equities, bonds, and Bitcoin exchange-traded products tailored to each specific strategy.
According to Ondo, investors can verify portfolio compositions, asset allocations, and rebalancing timelines directly on the blockchain whenever desired. The collaboration between BlackRock and Ondo aims to bring proven investment frameworks to blockchain technology.
