The Open Standard stablecoin, OUSD, has reached a market cap of $666.3 million, according to figures from the project. This is an impressive start for a token that only went live on September 30, 2026. The coin's early October market cap was estimated at around $666 million to $668 million, with a circulating supply of approximately 666 million to 668 million tokens.

OUSD runs natively on multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Tempo, and has been listed on prominent exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, and Uniswap. Despite having only 554 holders, the token has logged $2.6 billion in transfer volume since its launch.

The stablecoin's founding partners include major payments companies like Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa, which have committed over $1 billion towards initial liquidity. The current market cap remains below this commitment, leaving room for supply to grow as the backing is put into action.
