OpenPayd Aims for Nasdaq Listing at $1.1B Valuation Amid US Expansion Plans
London-based OpenPayd, a payment infrastructure provider for major crypto exchanges, is eyeing a listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange at a valuation of $1.1 billion. According to CEO Iana Dimitrova, the company's planned merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. is in its final stage, with a completion date expected by the end of 2026, barring any significant external setbacks.
The merger requires the effectiveness of the registration statement and approval from Titan shareholders to be met. Once completed, OpenPayd shares are expected to trade under the ticker OP. Under the announced deal terms, the post-merger equity value could reach $1.1 billion.
OpenPayd plans to use the proceeds from the Nasdaq listing to expand its operations in the US, with a goal of serving US customers by April 2027 at the latest. The company has already acquired MSB USA Inc. and its money transmission licenses in 43 states, and is considering further acquisitions to provide licenses or technology to enter new markets more quickly.
