OpenPayd Aims for Nasdaq Listing at $1.1B Valuation to Fuel US Expansion
OpenPayd, a payment infrastructure provider to major crypto exchanges, is eyeing a listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange at a valuation of $1.1 billion. The London-based company aims to raise funds to expand its presence in the US, where it plans to begin serving customers by April 2027. OpenPayd's CEO, Iana Dimitrova, expects the company to complete its merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approval.
The merger will see OpenPayd's shares trade under the ticker OP, and the company is expected to use the funds raised to accelerate its growth plans. OpenPayd currently provides payment services to exchanges such as Kraken and OKX, and has integrated with Circle Payments Network for cross-border payments. The company's revenue rose to $73 million in the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, up from $57 million the previous year.
However, OpenPayd reported a net loss of $2.8 million for the same period, due to $5.8 million in one-time transaction costs related to the planned merger.
