OpenPayd Eyes Nasdaq Listing to Fuel US Expansion and Acquisitions
OpenPayd, a London-based payments infrastructure company, is targeting a year-end listing on the Nasdaq to fund its expansion into the US market and potential acquisitions, according to CEO Iana Dimitrova.
The company expects the merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. to close by year-end, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals, and would trade under the ticker OP. OpenPayd has already brought 43 state money transmitter licenses into its group, a key step towards launching its infrastructure for US customers by April 2027.
The payments firm reported $73 million in revenue for its latest financial year, and Dimitrova believes a listing would help fund expansion and acquisitions. OpenPayd is also considering a private placement ahead of the merger to secure funding for its growth plans.
The company has integrated with Circle Payments Network for cross-border payments and joined Fireblocks' payments network, where other participants can access its fiat infrastructure.
