OpenPayd Sets Sights on Nasdaq Listing to Fuel US Expansion
London-based OpenPayd is preparing for a Nasdaq listing by year-end to fund its U.S. expansion and additional acquisitions, according to CEO Iana Dimitrova.
The planned listing comes as the U.S. develops a regulatory framework for digital assets and stablecoins, with the GENIUS Act establishing a federal framework for payment stablecoins.
OpenPayd has already expanded its connections within the digital-asset payments sector by integrating with Circle Payments Network for cross-border payments and joining Fireblocks' payments network.
The company reported $73 million in revenue for the year ended April 30, 2026, compared to $57 million in the previous year, with a net loss of $2.8 million.
