OpenPayd Targets Nasdaq Listing and US Expansion with Titan Merger
OpenPayd, a stablecoin payment firm, is targeting completion of its Titan Acquisition Corp. merger by the end of 2026. This move will pave the way for a Nasdaq listing and the launch of U.S. services by April 2027. The combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker OP.
The proposed deal values OpenPayd at up to $1.145 billion on a pro-forma equity basis. Revenue reached $73 million in fiscal 2026, while EBITDA totaled $13 million, according to company filings.
OpenPayd plans to launch U.S. services by April 2027, with 43 state money transmitter licenses. The company is preparing to begin serving U.S. customers, with capital from the public-market transaction expected to support expansion and possible acquisitions.
