OpenPayd Targets Year-End Nasdaq Listing for US Expansion
OpenPayd, a London-based payments infrastructure company, is on track to list on the Nasdaq by year's end. CEO Iana Dimitrova told CoinDesk that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) review of its proposed merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. is in its final stages.
The deal would see OpenPayd trade under the ticker OP, pending registration statement effectiveness and approval from Titan shareholders. This comes as the U.S. becomes a more attractive market for crypto companies, with rules being developed for digital assets and stablecoins.
OpenPayd has integrated with Circle Payments Network for cross-border payments and joined Fireblocks' payments network. It provides businesses with access to accounts, foreign exchange, and international payments, as well as infrastructure for moving between traditional currencies and stablecoins.
