OpenSea has reinstated support for Solana NFT trading on its platform, roughly four years after its initial beta. The move marks a return to the market where specialized venues had already established themselves, using OpenSea's broader cross-chain marketplace as the setting for the renewed offering.

The company's announcement says the support is part of the latest version of the marketplace and allows users to discover, buy, and sell Solana-based NFTs alongside Solana tokens. The platform highlighted Claynosaurz, Mad Lads, Collector Crypt, and Phygitals as among the collections available at launch.

Solana joins a marketplace that OpenSea said now spans more than 25 blockchains. This framing presents the launch as part of a multichain product rather than a separate Solana-only exchange, with Solana NFTs and tokens both accessible on the same platform.
