OpenWorld and VerifyMe have completed their business combination, creating a leading tokenization platform for digitizing real-world assets.

The combined company will trade on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol 'OPNW' from October 1, 2026.

Matthew Shaw, a digital assets veteran, has been appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the combined entity.

Shaw plans to advance institutional-grade real-world asset tokenization using OpenWorld's capabilities in real-world asset tokenization, stablecoin infrastructure, capital markets advisory, governance structuring, and public markets strategy.

The company aims to bring real-world assets on-chain, helping transform cash flows of operating businesses and physical assets into investable, transparent financial products.
