OpenWorld and VerifyMe Merge to Lead Tokenization of Real-World Assets
OpenWorld and VerifyMe have completed their business combination, creating a leading tokenization platform for real-world assets.
The combined company will trade on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol 'OPNW' as of October 1, 2026, and will also pursue a dual listing on Figure OPEN, a blockchain-based trading platform, expected to launch by November 2026.
Matthew Shaw, a digital assets veteran, will lead the combined company as Chairman and CEO, advancing institutional-grade real-world asset tokenization.
OpenWorld is building the infrastructure to bring real-world assets on-chain, transforming cash flows of operating businesses and physical assets into investable, transparent financial products.
