Oracle Connects Banks to Swift Ledger for Tokenized Deposit Payments

Share

Oracle has integrated its Blockchain Platform and Digital Assets Data Nexus with Swift's blockchain-based ledger, allowing banks to connect their tokenized deposit infrastructure to cross-bank payment flows.

The integration enables institutions to maintain control over their assets while participating in the shared layer provided by Swift's ledger.

This connection will help banks transition to a more interoperable environment, where tokenized deposits can be easily exchanged between institutions without requiring separate systems per blockchain or counterparty.

Swift's existing network of 11,500 institutions across 200-plus countries provides the scale needed for widespread adoption, with 75% of payments reaching their destination within 10 minutes.
