The company reported revenues of $19.3 billion for the quarter, a 30% annual increase from the same period last year, exceeding analyst projections of $19.1 billion.
Infrastructure cloud revenue more than doubled to reach $7.4 billion, primarily driven by OpenAI compute contracts, with the adjusted operating margin expanding to 42%. Earnings per share reached $1.92, surpassing Wall Street forecasts by $0.18.
Larry Ellison terminated plans to divest up to 50 million shares of his Oracle holdings, while the company maintains approximately $664 billion in performance obligations with roughly $30 billion tied to artificial intelligence contracts.
