OranjeBTC Unveils Income-Focused ETF for Brazil's B3 Market

Instruments

OranjeBTC is planning to launch an income-focused ETF on B3 in early September. The fund, called DIGY11, will give local investors exposure to preferred shares issued by U.S. Bitcoin treasury companies Strategy and Strive.

The initial portfolio of the ETF will be heavily concentrated in Strategy's STRC preferred stock, which currently pays a 12% annualized dividend rate. Strive's SATA preferred share securities, with an annualized rate of 13%, will make up the remaining allocation.

DIGY11 will not hold Bitcoin directly but instead track the MarketVector Bitcoin Treasury Preferred Equity BRL Hedged Index. The fund will charge a 0.90% management fee and is expected to offer daily liquidity and monthly real-denominated distributions.
