Ostium, an Arbitrum-based exchange for perpetual futures on stocks, commodities, currencies, and crypto assets, has launched a recovery portal to repay users affected by its July 15 vault exploit.

The incident drained $23.75 million in USDC from the platform's liquidity pool (LP), leaving behind roughly 2.7% of the loss for affected wallets to claim.

A total of 3,321 wallets will be repaid in full, while the remaining 345 large-holding wallets face a $20.4 million shortfall and must choose between a $1,000 payment or an uncertain pro-rata recovery by October 30.
