Ostium has launched a recovery portal for holders affected by its July 15 vault attack. The portal allows eligible wallets to recover their verified losses in full.

Of the 3,666 identified wallets, 90.59% are eligible for recovery under the first phase of the plan. This means that 3,321 wallets can claim their full losses during the initial phase, which ends on December 29.

Holders with losses of $1,000 or less in USDC can recover the full amount by the given deadline. Those whose verified losses exceed this threshold must choose between receiving $1,000 and relinquishing the remainder of their claim, or entering a second-stage recovery plan that will distribute funds proportionally.

The portal's second phase will utilize recovered funds from the attacker as well as a portion of protocol revenue. Ostium has stated that further details regarding this plan are due by October 30.
