Payward Taps Anthropic's Claude Mythos for Advanced Security Threat Detection

Kraken's parent company Payward has joined Anthropic's Project Glasswing to access Claude Mythos, a powerful AI model for hunting security flaws.

This move comes after an open letter from over 40 Bitcoin and crypto companies, including Kraken, called on major AI labs to give qualified security researchers access to their most powerful models.

Payward will use Mythos 5 to scan its systems for vulnerabilities, with findings sent to its security teams for review. This is the first reported crypto company to join Project Glasswing and gain access to Claude Mythos 5.

According to Payward, this partnership will give their security division early access to powerful AI models, sharpening its ability to combat sophisticated software vulnerabilities and protect millions of customers worldwide.
