PERPTools Secures $8 Million for AI-Native Perpetual Trading Infrastructure
PERPTools, an AI-native perpetuals trading platform developed by the team behind DEXTools, has secured $8 million in funding across two token rounds. The pre-seed round raised $3 million at a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $30 million, led by DEXTools Ventures and Orderly Network. A subsequent seed round brought in $5 million at an FDV of $80 million, with key stakeholders including BigBrain Holdings, NEAR, Animoca Brands, Sfermion, and Shima Capital.
According to PERPTools CEO Evgen Tokarev, the platform has built the execution layer for 30 million traders already inside DEXTools. By integrating directly into the analytics platform and plugging into Orderly's omnichain engine, they solved the cold-start problem before launching. The beta volume already exceeds $240 million.
PERPTools' approach differs from traditional perpetual futures trading by using an orderbook-based trading infrastructure that provides shared, bootstrapped liquidity across supported chains with no bridging required. This is made possible by Orderly Network's omnichain liquidity engine. Three live products have already shipped ahead of the Token Generation Event (TGE), including Perp DEX, AI Arena, and Tap Prediction.
With both funding rounds closed, PERPTools will focus on rapid execution, combining institutional-grade liquidity with the largest built-in distribution in DeFi. The company aims to bridge the gap between market discovery and trade execution by expanding the DEXTools ecosystem into an integrated trading destination.
