Petrobras Tokenized Stock PBRon Now Available to Eligible Investors

Petrobras Tokenized Stock, trading under the ticker PBRon, is a blockchain-based tokenized representation of the publicly traded shares of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A.

Issued through Ondo Global Markets, the token allows eligible investors to gain exposure to Petrobras stock in an on-chain format while leveraging blockchain infrastructure for settlement, transferability, and accessibility.

The token tracks the economic performance of the underlying Petrobras shares, including the reinvestment of dividends, but holders do not become registered shareholders and therefore do not receive voting rights or other shareholder privileges.
