Phantom Abandons Sui Support on September 24

Phantom, a popular digital wallet, is ending its support for Sui on September 24, 2026. This means that users will no longer be able to view or interact with their Sui assets through Phantom's interface.

The decision comes less than 20 months after Phantom introduced native Sui support in January 2025. In its notice, Phantom stated that users' funds remain safe and under their control.

Users who want to retain their native Sui assets can import their recovery phrase into a compatible wallet, such as Slush, before or after September 24. Alternatively, they can swap their Sui assets into tokens on supported networks like SOL, ETH, or USDC through Phantom's interface.
