Phantom Ditches Sui Support Amid Sharp TVL Collapse

The Phantom Wallet has announced that it will discontinue support for the Sui network on September 24, 2026. This decision comes after a sharp collapse in the network's total value locked (TVL), which fell from $2.58 billion to approximately $469 million. The wallet had incorporated native support for Sui in late 2024, but its TVL contraction made it unfeasible to maintain the active integration.

The funds remain safe on the Sui blockchain and can be recovered from any compatible wallet using the same recovery phrase. Phantom recommends Slush as an alternative solution. The wallet will stop displaying Sui balances, processing transactions, and including it in its list of available networks after September 24.

This is not the first integration that Phantom has decided to end. The wallet also discontinued support for Monad, showing a strategic cleanup aimed at directing resources toward higher-traffic networks: Solana, Ethereum, Base, and Bitcoin.
