Phantom Drops Support for Sui Blockchain Amid Weak Network Activity

Phantom will discontinue its support for the Sui blockchain on September 24th. This decision comes as Sui's network activity remains weak, with a total value locked (TVL) of $470.38 million and an SUI price of around $0.83.

This is a significant decline from over $2 billion in TVL when Phantom introduced Sui and its all-time high of $5.36 recorded in January 2025.

Phantom is providing users with two options: converting SUI to wrapped SUI on Solana or transferring it to another wallet that supports the Sui network, such as Slush, which is recommended by the Sui Foundation.
