Phantom Wallet Drops Support for Monad and Sui: What You Need to Know

Phantom Wallet has announced that it will be removing support for two networks: Monad and Sui. For Monad, this will happen on August 26, 2026, while for Sui, support will end on September 24, 2026. This means that users who hold balances on these networks will no longer see them in the Phantom app after these dates.

However, it's essential to note that this does not mean that the funds are lost. The coins remain on their respective blockchain and can be accessed from another wallet with the same recovery phrase.

The provider offers two routes for users: swapping the holdings into a supported network before the transition date or exporting the secret recovery phrase and importing it into another compatible wallet.
