Pi Network Price Plunges Below $0.09 as Recovery Falters
Pi Network's native token has taken a beating in recent days, falling below $0.09 as its recovery appears to be unraveling. This comes despite the broader cryptocurrency market experiencing only slight losses over the past 24 hours.
PI's performance is particularly concerning, having halted its resurgence after reaching all-time lows and raising questions about whether a new bottom is on the horizon. In July, the token charted several consecutive all-time lows, with the latest record low coming in mid-month at just over $0.07.
Although this support level eventually helped PI rebound, it ultimately failed to break through and instead lost traction, gradually falling below $0.09. This pattern of stability followed by sharp decline has been observed for over a year now, resulting in new all-time lows almost every time.
The fundamentals behind the project have not changed significantly, with the Core Team continuing to announce updates and protocol upgrades. However, these efforts seem to have little lasting impact, as investors appear to have lost confidence in PI's prospects.
