Pi Network's Final Upgrade Arrives September 15
Pi Network is set to launch its Protocol 27 upgrade on September 15, marking the final development in its current line. This upgrade brings enhanced smart contract authentication, giving accounts and applications more sophisticated transaction authorization while expanding the network's smart contract capabilities.
Node operators must upgrade to version 27.1 before the deadline to stay connected to Mainnet. However, users and miners don't need to take any action. The upgrade is also expected to support new DEX and AMM liquidity features as the ecosystem develops.
