Pintu Unveils VIP Private Tier Amid Growing Demand for Tokenized Assets

Pintu, Indonesia's OJK-licensed crypto investment platform, has unveiled its VIP Private tier, offering premium trading services to high-volume traders. The move comes as part of a deepened partnership with Ondo Finance, which aims to expand tokenized asset access in Indonesia.

VIP Private is reserved for customers who clear specific thresholds for trading volume and assets under management. Traders who already hold equivalent VIP status elsewhere can qualify through a status-match policy. Membership comes with a dedicated relationship manager, early access to new features, and priority support on every transaction.

Pintu's internal data shows that VIP users now drive more than 40% of total trading volume on the platform, accounting for over 40% of spot volume and more than 30% of futures volume. The shift has been especially pronounced in Pintu Futures, where VIP traders' share of volume jumped from over 20% in February to more than 35% by May.

The partnership with Ondo Finance marks a new phase in the two companies' work to bring tokenized real-world assets to Indonesian investors. Ondo's tokenized assets include global stocks, ETFs, and commodities, which can be bought fractionally for as little as Rp11,000. Every asset is OJK-supervised, and on-chain flexibility means users can move holdings to other Pintu accounts or external wallets whenever they choose.
